I'm a proffessional cake baker and this product is awful! It does not stay level when cakes are on it so I'm always thinking I have uneven cakes and it does NOT turn smoothly at all. I suggest looking for a better product. I'm returning mine.

I purchased the Wilton Professional Turntable and all I can think of is NO professional would ever use this. It is so wobbily that you cannot get straight lines or engravings done evenly! The base is nice and heavy but mine came out of the box chipped. I am very disappointed and even getting it on clearance, I am returning it. I have heard bad reviews for the Wilton Tilt turntable also so I am going to look for one from a different manufacturer.
